Split black eye peas are carefully cleaned and then milled into flour. Can be used to make gbegiri (peeled black-eye beans soup). It can also be blended with spices and water to make Akara or Moi moi. Split beans is used in Sub-Asian continent where it is known as Chora Dhal. |
