Nutritious fine powder product from guinea corn(brown) and or brown millet grains. There is also the crisply sour tasting yellow variety from specially selected golden corn. It is processed in the old fashioned African tradition of fermenting the grains before drying. It is eaten as a hot beverage pap (similar to custard) called differently as Ogi, Koko, Akamu and Agidi.
