POUNDED YAM

Ingredients

Oluolu Pound'ol Iyan and water

Preparation

Boil two cups of water. Save I cup and reduce heat. To remaining boiling water add I cup pound'ol Iyan. Stir till lump free dough is formed. Add more water (from 1 cup saved) and cook while stirring still desired softness is achieved.

Serving Suggestion

Eat with Oluolu Egusi soup or stew of any choice.
