Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish. In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, coconut condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Place the cubed bread in the baking dish and sprinkle raisins over the top.
Pour the coconut milk mixture over the bread and let it soak for 15 minutes.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the pudding is set.Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
