Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Mix shredded coconut, coconut condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the coconut mixture.Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
  3. Let cool, optionally dip bottoms in melted chocolate, and serve.
