Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Uda pepper seeds, ground
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Method

  1. Marinate sliced beef in ground Uda pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for 15–30 minutes
  2. Stir-fry the marinated beef in hot oil until browned, then set aside

  4. Return beef to the wok and mix with the vegetables
