Method

  1. Toast Uda pepper seeds in a pan until fragrant, then grind them into a coarse powder.
  2. Sauté chopped onions in vegetable oil until golden brown, then add the ground Uda pepper and cook briefly.
  3. Rinse the rice under cold water until clear, then add it to the pot, stirring to coat with spices.
