Ingredients

  • Assorted meats (goat meat, cow tripe, chicken)
  • 2 tablespoons Uda pepper seeds
  • 2 tablespoons crayfish, ground1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced2 liters of water or broth

Method

  1. In a pot, combine assorted meats, chopped onion, minced garlic, and water or broth.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the meats are tender.
  3. In a separate pan, heat palm oil and sauté Uda pepper seeds until fragrant.
  4. Add ground crayfish to the pan and cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Pour the pepper and crayfish mixture into the pot, season with salt and pepper, simmer for 15–20 minutes, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve hot.
