Olu Olu Beans Flour is produced from premium quality beans grown along the coast of Southern Asia, without the use of pesticides or genetically modified growth enhancers. INGREDIENTS: Cowpeas

PREPARATION:

To prepare “Akara” Savoury Dumplings; place 1 cup of our Beans Flour, 1 cup of water, ¼ cup of milk, 1tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1tsp cinnamon, salt and sugar to taste, chopped onions (if preferred) and seasonings of choice in a bowl and mix well. Pour the batter into a hot oiled pan and cook on one side, til its well done (maybe 5-8 minutes). Then carefully flip and cook on the other side for a few more minutes. Serve with accompaniments of your choice.
