
This is Pure cassava flour, not Fermented Fufu flour. Produced from the root tuber called cassava, which is grown across West Africa. The cassavas are peeled, washed, cut into pieces, and washed in spring water before sun drying. This results in sun-ripened, nutrient rich cassava that is milled into this fine flour.
Cassava flour is a versatile, gluten-free flour made from dried and ground cassava root. It’s ideal for baking, thickening sauces, and making traditional dishes like fufu or flatbreads. It has a mild, slightly nutty flavor and can be used as a 1:1 substitute for wheat flour in many recipes. For baking, combine with other gluten-free flours for best texture. When making doughs, add liquid gradually as cassava flour absorbs more moisture than wheat flour.
Gluten free and Vegan certified, this product contains no traces of nuts or seeds.
