Coconut Gari is a traditional West African staple made from fermented cassava granules blended with dried coconut, offering a unique blend of tangy and sweet flavors. It’s commonly used to prepare fufu, porridge, or as a side dish with soups and stews. For best results, soak the gari in warm water or milk for a few minutes before stirring or molding. Use about ½ to 1 cup per serving, adjusting consistency by adding more liquid. Its slightly sweet coconut flavor adds richness and depth to traditional recipes.
