Our Palm Oil can be used as a substitute to any other vegetable oil, and it can also be used in the following ways:

  • Sautéing & Stir-Fry: Heat Olu Olu® Palm Oil in a pan until hot, then add your vegetables or protein. Stir-fry until cooked to perfection, enjoying the rich flavour the oil adds to your dish.
