Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan
  2. 2In a bowl, mix beans flour, mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Optionally, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
