Method

  1. In a food processor, combine shredded coconut, almond meal, cacao powder, melted coconut oil, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Pulse until the mixture comes together. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  3. Optionally, roll the bliss balls in shredded coconut for coating.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
