Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine rolled oats, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts in a large bowl.
  3. Melt coconut oil, coconut honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Mix the liquid ingredients with the dry ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet, bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, then cool completely before storing.
