Method

  1. In a bowl, rehydrate gari by pouring boiling water over it. Let it sit for a few minutes, then drain any excess water. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are slightly tender but still crisp.Stir in cooked chicken or tofu.
  3. Add the rehydrated gari to the pan and toss with the vegetables and protein.Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Serve the gari stir-fry hot as a flavorful and satisfying meal.
