  • 1 cup green bell pepper + habanero blend (blended)

  • ½ cup palm oil

Method

  1. Bleach palm oil until light brown.
  2. Add sliced onions and fry until soft.
  3. Stir in blended pepper and cook down.
  4. Add iru and assorted meats, then simmer.
  5. Season and cook until thick and rich.
