Method

  1. Cook assorted meats and fish in stock until tender.
  2. In another pot, heat palm oil and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add ground ogbono seeds to oil, stirring to avoid lumps.
  4. Pour in meat stock, add crayfish, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Add greens and cook 5 more minutes; serve with fufu or rice.
