Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan. In a bowl, mix flour, banana powder, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients just until mixed. Pour into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.Cool before slicing. Optionally, top with a banana glaze or dust with powdered sugar and banana powder.
